The Dampay Elementary School seems (and is) a structure been abandoned for years. To worsen the situation years ago helped a violent typhoon which literally tore the roof half classrooms. It 's a public school frequented by those who can not afford private school . The three existing classrooms are working in dilapidated and precarious state of school furniture. The roof, the facilities and services are to be redone. All furnishings are to be replaced. They are used for more different subjects.
