lot about copyright, the next post. but the news of the day is that an influential scholar and expert in these matters has raised doubts that U.S. forces would have to pay royalties to artists of whom use the compositions to shoot it out loud in the ears of prisoners for torture .
the news, reported by the Guardian - as usual: one of the most timely and interesting newspapers of the world - builds on the posted on his blog post from Howard Knopf.
one would do it, but there's really nothing to laugh about.
